Kuala Lumpur, Mont Royale College is proud to announce the launch of its newest initiative, the “International Internship @ Kuala Lumpur – Malaysia” program. This rigorous 8-week internship is specifically designed for diploma, bachelor’s and master’s degree students from around the world, aiming to provide them with relevant job experience and in-depth soft skills training.
The program is meticulously developed to connect students' academic backgrounds and career objectives with a wide range of Industries in Kuala Lumpur. This ensures a meaningful and enjoyable educational experience. The internship runs Monday through Friday, allowing students to explore Malaysian culture and participate in leisure activities on weekends.
The program includes weekly soft skills training sessions taught by industry professionals, as well as real-world work experience. These seminars include essential skills including problem solving, networking, communication, leadership, and time management. At the conclusion of each program, participants get a certification from MONT ROYALE COLLEGE indicating their level of expertise.
Breakfast and dinner are included in the participants’ accommodations, while allowing the participants to self-explore their dinner options around Kuala Lumpur to have direct experience with Malaysian food and culture. This arrangement encourages mutual understanding and cultural exchange while enhancing their professional development.
